We are a growing IR firm looking for an account executive with at least 1 year experience working as an assistant or account executive at a NYC IR firm.
IR Associate Responsibilities
$Distribute IR kits to institutional/retail investors as requested and maintain database in ACT
$Communicate client pitch to institutional and special situation fund managers and access and record interest
$Monitor Internet chat rooms for negative/positive comments, catch legitimate questions for possible addition to company Web site FAQs
$Follow up on news releases with distribution/communication to company fax lists and other financial community contacts
$Monitor major news and trade publications for pertinent information
Writing Skills
$Review company financials and draft quarterly releases
$Collect data on announceable events and draft releases accordingly
$Maintain knowledge of SEC regulations concerning Full and Fair Disclosure (SEC Reg. FD)
